You have the following payment options to choose from in our shop:

• PayPal
• Credit card
• Invoice with Klarna
• Pay immediately with Klarna
• eps transfer
• Instant bank transfer

No matter which payment method you choose, we will not charge you any additional costs.

Of course we are happy to explain what you have to consider when ordering or paying.

How to get to the payment options:

After you have added products to your shopping cart, you can start the ordering process either directly or later by clicking on the shopping cart symbol at the top right. All you have to do is select the "Checkout" option. It is important that you give your consent to our terms of use by clicking in the small field above.

By clicking on "Checkout" your order process begins. This consists of 3 steps.

   Here you have to give us the delivery address and your e-mail. You will receive the order confirmation and updates about your delivery by email. If you have entered all the data correctly, click on "Continue to shipping".
   
   
2. Shipment
   Here you only have to confirm the shipping of your products & see your contact details again clearly.
   
   
3. payment
   In this field you can now see all payment methods. These may vary depending on where you are, but they are usually the same as above.
   
   If your billing address is different from your delivery address, you can enter the billing address separately here.
   
   If you have a gift or discount code, you must now enter it in the "Discount Code" field and redeem it by clicking on "Apply"!
   
   If you have entered all your data correctly and have selected the payment service provider that is right for you, you can place your order by clicking on "Pay now".

Depending on the payment option, you will either be forwarded to the payment service provider or you are finished with your order. Congratulations, now all you have to do is wait a bit for your package & you'll soon be able to dance with joy!

You should definitely keep this in mind with the payment service providers:

PayPal

You will be automatically forwarded to PayPal.

If you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in there with your user data and confirm the payment. If you don't already have a PayPal account, you can open a PayPal account and then confirm the payment.

Credits from returns are always credited back to the PayPal account used for the purchase.

Credit card

When paying by credit card, you must provide the card number, the name of the cardholder, the expiry date and the security code.

The system checks whether the card participates in the 3D security programs "Verified by Visa" or "Mastercard SecureCode". If the card is registered for this, a window connected to your bank will open after entering the card details. Here you have to enter a password you have chosen and possibly a TAN code (received by SMS or similar). If your credit card is not registered for any of these methods, the payment will be processed without further authentication.

Don't worry, your card data will be protected against eavesdropping and manipulation during transmission. You may incur transfer and processing fees depending on your bank.

We accept Visa or Mastercard. Credit from returns will always be credited back to the credit card used for the purchase.

Invoice with Klarna

You will be redirected to Klarna. You don't have to register anywhere. You can send off your order by clicking on "Buy now".

After you have confirmed your order with Klarna again, you will receive an email from Klarna with the order confirmation. Klarna will also email you an invoice with a payment request. Do not transfer anything directly to us, but follow the instructions in the Klarna email.

Please do not forget to pay, otherwise Klarna may send you a reminder. You have 14 days from the order date to settle the invoice.

Return transfers are always made to the bank account you used.

Pay immediately with Klarna

You will be redirected to Klarna. Here you can choose between immediate transfer & direct debit.

If you pay with Klarna Sofortüberweisung, you can pay easily, quickly and securely with your online banking data.

When paying by direct debit: simply enter your bank details and your bank account will be debited a little later. You can check all your purchases at any time in the Klarna app.

All data is processed completely confidentially and encrypted by Klarna. You can find more information HERE. Return transfers are always made to the bank account you used.

EPS transfer

You will be forwarded to the eps transfer. Here you select the bank where you have a bank account. You will then be forwarded to your bank's online banking portal, where you can make the transfer as usual. The transfer is usually confirmed a few moments after execution.

Any transfer costs and bank charges are to be borne by the customer.
Credits from returns will be transferred back to the bank account you used.

Instant bank transfer

You will be redirected to the Sofort Banking page. Here you must first enter your bank code. The service then connects to your house bank. Now you have to enter your authorizing number. You then have to approve the transfer as is usual with your house bank. This varies from bank to bank. After the encrypted transmission, your successful payment is usually confirmed a few moments later.

Any transfer costs and bank charges are to be borne by the customer.
Credits from returns will be transferred back to the bank account you used.

What else you have to consider:

Payments are settled in euros. Any reminders, transfer costs and bank charges that arise due to the terms and conditions of the payment service provider are to be borne by the customer. When using the payment service provider, the service conditions of the selected payment service provider must always be observed.

In the event of suspicious orders or payments, we reserve the right to unilaterally withdraw from the purchase contract and to transfer the amounts transferred back to the customer.
