Vegan chocolate pudding with Spirulix Spirulina Powder
A sweet and delicious alternative to boxed chocolate pudding. With our vegan version of the chocolate pudding we will send you to seventh heaven. Thanks to the Spirulix Spirulina Powder you are supplied with vitamins and minerals and can feast without a guilty conscience.
- 1 tsp Spirulix Spirulina Algae Powder
- 3 ripe avocados
- 75g cocoa powder
- 70g agave syrup
- 3 tbsp coconut milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 pinch of sea salt
- Cherries or other seasonal fruits
- Halve the avocados, remove the pit, scrape out the flesh with a spoon and place in a bowl.
Put the cocoa powder, spirulix powder, avocado, agave syrup, coconut milk, vanilla extract and salt in a food processor and mix until you get a creamy mass.
Pour into four small bowls, cover with some foil and put in the fridge. After about 30 minutes, the Spirulix chocolate pudding is ready for its grand entrance.
Garnish with cherries or other fruit before serving.
