This healthy snack for in between with Spirulix Spirulina algae, your superfood next door, contains a lot of protein, minerals and trace elements - so you are always vegan and gluten-free. And the recipe is quick to make too!
- 3 tablespoons Spirulix Spirulina Flakes
- 100 g pumpkin seeds
- 75 grams of almonds
- 70 g sunflower seeds
- 100 g roughly chopped walnuts
- 40 g pine nuts
- 1-2 tbsp soy sauce
Briefly toast the almonds and walnuts together in a pan.
Place in a large bowl with the remaining seeds & 3 tablespoons Spirulix.
Add a bit of soy sauce, mix well and leave to rest.
You can now put the mixture in an empty jam jar so that it can be kept longer.
