Cookies with Tahini & Spirulix Spirulina Powder

Wintertime is the best time - especially when you stock up on the superfood next door! In this recipe we show you how to bake healthy Christmas cookies with Spirulix Spirulina and Tahina.

Spirulina Algae Powder Cookies Biscuits Christmas

Ingredients:

  • 2 tsp Spirulix Spirulina Powder
  • 180 grams of oat flour
  • 30 g powdered sugar
  • 100 g cold butter (cut into small cubes)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 85g tahini
  • (optional) walnuts

Preparation :

  1. Put everything in a blender and stir until you get a great batter.

  2. Divide into 3 balls.

  3. Knead balls, shape into a sausage and roll in baking paper.

  4. Freeze in the freezer for 10 minutes.

  5. Remove parchment paper.

  6. Cut the sausages into 1-2 cm thick slices, optionally place walnuts on the biscuits and spread on a baking sheet

  7. Bake in a preheated oven at 165°C for 20-25 minutes.

  8. Take the cookies out of the oven and let them cool down.
