Wintertime is the best time - especially when you stock up on the superfood next door! In this recipe we show you how to bake healthy Christmas cookies with Spirulix Spirulina and Tahina.
- 2 tsp Spirulix Spirulina Powder
- 180 grams of oat flour
- 30 g powdered sugar
- 100 g cold butter (cut into small cubes)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 85g tahini
- (optional) walnuts
Put everything in a blender and stir until you get a great batter.
Divide into 3 balls.
Knead balls, shape into a sausage and roll in baking paper.
Freeze in the freezer for 10 minutes.
Remove parchment paper.
Cut the sausages into 1-2 cm thick slices, optionally place walnuts on the biscuits and spread on a baking sheet
Bake in a preheated oven at 165°C for 20-25 minutes.
Take the cookies out of the oven and let them cool down.
