Fresh Salad with Spirulix Spirulina Flakes

Salad with spirulina seaweed

Ingredients:

  • 1 teaspoon Spirulix Spirulina Flakes
  • a salad of your choice
  • 8 - 10 cherry tomatoes
  • 1 large pepper
  • 2-3 radishes
  • 1 tbsp flaxseed
  • 1 handful of nuts of your choice
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon mustard

Preparation :

  1. Wash lettuce & vegetables. Cut peppers, tomatoes & radishes. Put everything in the salad bowl.

  2. Put olive oil, balsamic vinegar & mustard in a small bowl & stir well.

  3. Place the salad and veggies in a large bowl, pour the dressing over it & stir a few times.
