Conditions of Participation

  1. The competition runs until Wednesday, May 4th, 2022 at 11:59 p.m.

  2. A box of 32 spirulina chocolate will be raffled.

  3. Participation takes place via a comment on the corresponding Facebook or Instagram post or by sharing the Facebook event.

  4. Multiple comments will count as a single entry.

  5. Comments that violate Facebook guidelines, Austrian or European law and/or copyright will be removed without notice after notification. The participant is thus excluded from the prize.

  6. Persons from Austria & Germany are eligible to participate.

  7. Winners will be chosen at random after the competition has ended.

  8. The winners will be informed via a private message via social media or email. Each winner has to send their address details to hello@spirulix.at or send a private message to the Spirulix Facebook page within 5 working days. If a winner does not respond within this period, the crackers will be raffled again among all participants.

  9. All Facebook names of the participants are recorded and saved to determine the winner. All data will be deleted no later than 30 days after the end of the competition, but the comments on Facebook will remain and can still be viewed by the public. Address data will only be recorded by the winners and will only be used to send the prize. The participants have statutory rights to information, changes and cancellation rights.
