Since December 16th you have the opportunity to visit an exhibition about the history and future of technology and nutrition in the Vienna Technical Museum. Of course, what should not be missing? Correct! Our Austrian Spirulina. With on-site tastings and a miniature seaweed farm, you can taste the food of the future beforehand. 🤩

The exhibition was opened by Elisabeth Köstinger, Minister for Sustainability & Tourism, who also received an introduction to the basics of algae from our Chris.

Until the summer of 2022, you now have the opportunity to take a look behind the food of the future and taste it on site. We look forward to you stopping by! 💚
