Christmas cookies with Spirulix Powder
Ingredients :
- 300 grams of wheat flour
- 200 g vegetable butter
- 100 g powdered sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- some lemon zest
- 3 teaspoons Spirulix Powder
Preparation :
- Knead the flour with butter, sugar, lemon zest and Spirulix Powder into a dough.
- Let the dough rest in the fridge for at least an hour.
- Roll out the dough thinly with flour on the work surface and cut out the biscuits.
- Bake at 180°C for about 15 minutes and then leave to cool.
