Spirulix rice pan with a bit of spiciness & lots of spirulina
A sack of rice may have just fallen over in China, but you still think this delicious recipe for a vegan rice pan is amazing! The color alone is enough to make you fall in love, isn't it?
Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp Spirulix Flakes
- 400g basmati rice
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 piece of red pepper
- 1/2 broccoli head
- 200g Swiss chard
- 1 piece green chili pepper
- 1 pc. Red chili pepper
- water (for the rice)
- Salt pepper
- oregano
Preparation:
- Cut the veggies & set aside for now.
- Set up a pan and sauté the rice with the onion in olive oil.
- Pour in boiling water (it is best to follow the instructions on the rice pack).
- Add the remaining ingredients & cook covered for about 20 minutes.
- Taste before serving.
