- 300 g spinach leaves
- 2 potatoes
- 1 clove of garlic
- 750 ml vegetable stock
- 125 ml coconut milk
- 2 tsp SPIRULIX powder
- SPIRULIX Flakes
- Peel the potatoes and cut into pieces
- Finely chop the garlic cloves and sauté in oil together with the potatoes.
- Deglaze with the vegetable stock and simmer for 15 minutes. Add the spinach leaves in the last few minutes.
- Puree with a hand blender and stir in the coconut milk and the SPIRULIX powder to refine. Season with salt, pepper and a little nutmeg.
